## Job Description – Billing & Dispatcher Executive

📍 Location: Sector 24, Faridabad

💼 Designation: Billing & Dispatcher Executive

💰 Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month

🕒 Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

📅 Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

💻 Mandatory Skill: Experience in Busy Software

### Job Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices and billing entries in Busy Software

• Handle dispatch operations and maintain dispatch records

• Prepare e-way bills, delivery challans, and invoices

• Coordinate with warehouse and transport team for smooth dispatch

• Maintain stock and inventory records

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting

### Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Billing & Dispatch

• Working knowledge of Busy Software is compulsory

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Responsible and detail-oriented candidate preferred
