Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily dispatch operations as per dispatch planning

• Verify finished goods, quantity, product details, and box count before dispatch

• Prepare and check Invoice, IRN, E-Way Bill, and dispatch documentation

• Ensure physical stock and invoice quantity match before vehicle dispatch

• Coordinate vehicle loading, sealing, transporter handover, and dispatch tracking

• Maintain proper dispatch records and documentation

• Coordinate with Operations and customer teams for smooth dispatch flow

• Report any mismatch, shortage, or operational issue immediately

Skills Required:

• Experience in Dispatch, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations

• Knowledge of ERP systems and dispatch documentation

• Understanding of Invoice, IRN, and E-Way Bill processes

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accountability

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment
