Title: Dispatch Manager

Location: Godhi Village, Near Mandir Hasaud, Raipur, Chhattisgarh (On-site)

Salary: ₹30,000–40,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee dispatch operations and ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, dispatch documentation, and coordination with transporters to maintain smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dispatch activities and ensure on-time dispatch of finished goods.

• Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams for seamless material movement.

• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and LR/GR.

• Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.

• Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

• Maintain dispatch records and inventory accuracy.

• Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues.

• Ensure adherence to safety and company policies.

Experience Required

• 8–10 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or logistics companies is required.

• Strong knowledge of dispatch documentation, e-way bills, invoicing, and transporter coordination.

• Experience with inventory management and ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

• Strong planning, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with production, stores, and transport teams.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
