Manage daily dispatch and logistics activities for medical devices, equipment, accessories, and spare parts.

Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, LR/transport documents, and dispatch records.

Coordinate with courier companies, transporters, and logistics partners for timely deliveries.

Ensure proper packing, labeling, handling, and safe transportation of medical equipment.

Track shipments and provide delivery status updates to internal teams and customers.

Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for customer delivery requirements.

Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials.

Coordinate with the warehouse/stores team for stock availability and dispatch planning.

Verify products, quantities, serial numbers, and accessories before dispatch.

Handle return shipments, replacement materials, damaged goods, and reverse logistics.

Maintain logistics MIS reports, dispatch registers, and shipment tracking records.

Follow company procedures for handling medical equipment and sensitive products.

Coordinate with Accounts for invoice and payment-related dispatch requirements.

Resolve transportation, delivery, shortage, and damage-related issues with logistics partners.

Support stock audits and reconciliation activities when required.

Ensure timely documentation and filing of all logistics and dispatch records.
