Center Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance regarding services and processes.

• Manage insurance claim documentation and coordinate claim-related formalities.

• Ensure smooth processing of customer requests and maintain accurate records.

• Maintain proper inward and outward stock documentation.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Maintain and update customer databases and records.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding pending documentation and processes.

• Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution of customer requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational guidelines.

• Support daily operational activities and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience.
