2. Monitor coach performance, attendance, and training quality.
3. Drive student attendance and engagement, ensuring updates are timely and accurate.
4. Handle parent communication, queries, and feedback professionally.
5. Ensure hostel and facility upkeep, safety, and cleanliness.
6. Maintain daily reports, checklists, and MIS as required by management.
7. Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for payroll, logistics, and resource requirements.
8. Support in events, matches, and performance assessments at the center.
9. Implement new initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of technology and policies.
10. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and brand representation at all times.
