Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the coworking center.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.

• Client & Community Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for members and clients.

  • Address queries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Organize community events and networking activities to enhance member experience.

• Revenue & Business Growth

  • Support sales team in achieving occupancy and revenue targets.

  • Manage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Track financial performance and report center metrics.

• Team Leadership

  • Supervise and guide front desk, housekeeping, and support staff.

  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews.

  • Foster a collaborative and service-oriented work culture.

• Facility & Vendor Management

  • Ensure smooth functioning of IT, utilities, and office infrastructure.

  • Coordinate with vendors for timely service delivery.

  • Maintain inventory and procurement records.
