Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Centre Sales Manager to lead and manage the admissions and sales activities at our Siliguri centre. The candidate will be responsible for driving enrolments, managing leads, and ensuring the centre achieves its monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries, counselling, and course explanations.
Convert walk-ins, telephonic enquiries, and online leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Manage and maintain lead data and follow-ups through CRM or records.
Conduct career counselling sessions for students and parents.
Plan and execute local marketing activities such as seminars, school visits, and promotional events.
Coordinate with the training and placement team to ensure smooth student experience.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, schools, and local partners for lead generation.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in sales or admissions, preferably in the education/training industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM systems.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) + performance incentives.
