Center Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Center Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations. The role involves ensuring smooth center operations, building strong relationships with members and clients, and creating a positive workspace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the coworking center.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and coworking members.

• Welcome visitors, prospective clients, and ensure a positive first impression.

• Onboard new members and introduce them to the coworking community.

• Track daily visitor traffic and maintain records.

• Manage meeting room and conference room bookings.

• Handle customer service issues related to clients, vendors, and staff.

• Support marketing and networking initiatives to generate new leads.

• Assist in leasing office spaces and rent collection.

• Plan and organize office events, celebrations, and member meetups.

• Maintain attendance records and operational documentation.

• Collect feedback from members to improve services.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations.

• Experience in customer relationship management or sales will be preferred.

• Good coordination and vendor management skills.
