Job Title: Category Manager (FMCG)Salary Range:₹17500 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)

We are looking for a result-oriented Category Manager to manage and grow our FMCG segment. You will be responsible for end-to-end category management, including vendor onboarding, pricing strategies, and product listing, to ensure maximum profitability and growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management:Identify, negotiate, and tie up with new vendors/distributors to expand the product range.

• Product Listing:Oversee the accurate listing of products on the platform, ensuring high-quality images and descriptions.

• Pricing & Margins:Develop competitive pricing strategies while maintaining healthy profit margins.

• Inventory & Stock:Coordinate with vendors to ensure consistent stock availability and manage inventory levels.

• Market Research:Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demands to optimize the category.

• Promotion Planning:Design and execute promotional offers and deals to drive sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:Previous experience in eCommerce or FMCG sales/procurement is highly preferred.

• Negotiation:Strong negotiation skills to get the best possible rates from vendors.

• Analytical Skills:Comfortable working with numbers, margins, and Excel reports.

• Communication:Good communication skills to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.

• Proactive:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet growth targets.
