We are seeking a professional Airport Customer Service Associate/Supervisor/Ground handle/Airpot Retail Manager to assist passengers with check-ins, flight inquiries, and general airport information. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties include greeting passengers, resolving complaints, ensuring a smooth airport experience, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
• Greeting passengers and providing information on flight schedules, check-in procedures, and airport facilities.
• Assisting with ticketing, reservations, and check-in processes.
• Handling passenger inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance with special requests.
• Coordinating with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and passenger satisfaction.

Qualifications :
12th pass or any graduate
Salary range - 16,000/- to 22,000/- ( depends on interview)
8- hours shift , allowance for night shift /OT
