to assist passengers with check-ins, flight inquiries, and general airport information. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties include greeting passengers, resolving complaints, ensuring a smooth airport experience, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
* *Greeting passengers and providing information on flight schedules, check-in procedures, and airport facilities*.
* *Assisting with ticketing, reservations, and check-in processes*.
