We are hiring for intercity routes operating from hyderabad. Candidates should be comfortable with night shifts and interacting with passengers.

🧾 Job Role: Bus captain

The Bus Captain is responsible for ensuring a safe, smooth, and comfortable journey for passengers on intercity bus routes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers and operations team during trips

• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and general support

• Ensure adherence to route, schedule, and company guidelines

• Handle passenger queries professionally

• Maintain discipline and safety during night journeys

🕒 Shift Details

• Shift: Night Shift

• Intercity routes from hyderbad

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed, based on experience)

• Incentives: Performance-based

• Stay Bonus: ₹12,000

  • ₹4,000 after 2 months

  • ₹4,000 after 4 months

  • ₹4,000 after 6 months

🗣 Language Requirements (Route-wise)

• Must clearly understand the role & responsibilities

• Willingness to work night shifts

• Good communication and grooming standards

• Candidates should not be from the same college or same village

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 years of experience.
