Job Title: Bus Captain – Night Shift | Chennai

Shift: Night Shift
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed, based on experience)
Additional Benefits: Incentives + Stay Bonus up to ₹12,000

Job Description:

We are hiring Bus Captains for night shift operations in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation services while maintaining high standards of discipline and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and manage bus operations during night shifts

• Ensure timely pick-up and drop as per assigned routes

• Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines

• Maintain discipline and professional conduct

• Coordinate with operations team for smooth functioning

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort

Eligibility Criteria:

• Valid driving license (Heavy Vehicle License preferred, if applicable)

• Prior experience in bus/commercial vehicle driving preferred

• Good knowledge of Chennai routes

• Willingness to work in night shifts

• Responsible and disciplined attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience)

• Performance Incentives

• Stay Bonus: ₹12,000 (₹4,000 after 2nd month, ₹4,000 after 4th month, ₹4,000 after 6th month)
