Assistant Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to manage end-to-end delivery operations, route planning, transportation coordination, and delivery team performance. The ideal candidate should have strong operational skills and the ability to ensure timely and efficient product deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end delivery operations.

• Perform and maintain accurate operational records.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely execution.

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager for operational and delivery planning.

• Obtain necessary approvals from the Branch Manager for operational activities.

• Track delivery status and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Manage inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.

• Monitor stock movement, maintain inventory levels, and report discrepancies.

• Prepare and update delivery reports and operational trackers.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and service standards. Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Delivery Management.

• Experience in Inventory Management, route planning, transportation management, and delivery team handling.

• Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
