Job Overview

Manish Logistics is hiring Training Executives to manage training for drivers and office employees. The role focuses on improving safety, productivity, communication, and process discipline through structured training programs and SOPs.

This position requires field work, classroom training, and content preparation.

Key Responsibilities

A. Employee (Office Staff) Training

Conduct training programs on:

MS Excel (daily operations, reports, tracking)

Professional email writing using Gmail

Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini for:

Drafting emails

Report preparation

SOP creation

Improve work efficiency and standardization across teams.

Conduct refresher training and skill-upgrade sessions.

B. Driver Training & Development

Train drivers on:

Road safety & traffic rules

Emergency response (accidents, breakdowns, medical emergencies)

Safe driving behaviour & discipline

Personal hygiene, vehicle cleanliness & professionalism

Explain company rules, penalties, and best practices in simple language.

Conduct group and one-on-one driver counseling when required.

C. SOP & Process Documentation

Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for:

Driver operations

Office processes

Safety and compliance

Update SOPs as per operational changes.

Ensure SOP implementation on ground level.

D. Training Content Creation

Create and manage training materials such as:

PPTs, handouts, checklists

Short training videos (mobile-recorded acceptable)

Images, posters, and visual guides

Search relevant learning material and adapt it to company needs.

Maintain a training content library.

Skills & Requirements

Must own a two-wheeler (bike mandatory).

Good working knowledge of:

MS Excel

Gmail / professional email writing

AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)

Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).

Ability to train blue-collar drivers and white-collar staff.

Willingness to travel to sites / yards for driver training.

Basic video/image creation using mobile apps or simple software.

Organized, patient, and disciplined approach to training.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in training, HR, operations, logistics, transport, or fleet management.

Candidates with teaching, coaching, or mentoring background preferred.

Comfortable handling groups of drivers and operational staff.

Practical mindset with on-ground execution ability.
