🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Team Building & Expansion
Rapidly hire and onboard delivery partners (riders) in bulk within tight timelines
Build and manage a lean team of Team Leaders / Supervisors
Develop strong local hiring channels (field hiring, references, vendor tie-ups, etc.)
2. Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end last-mile delivery operations across the assigned area
Ensure high order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery.
Monitor daily KPIs such as attendance, productivity, and rider utilization
3. Leadership & Team Handling
Train and mentor Team Leaders to manage hubs independently
Maintain discipline, motivation, and performance standards among delivery partners
Handle escalations and ensure smooth ground-level coordination
4. Recruitment Strategy Execution
Plan and execute mass hiring drives with minimal resources
Optimize hiring cost and improve joining-to-activation ratio
Ensure quick documentation, onboarding, and training of new hires
5. Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (HR, Ops, Control Tower)
Coordinate with clients for smooth execution of delivery operations
