Job description:
Attend and participate in daily briefings and Training as scheduled.
Grooming is impeccable and in accordance with company standards.
Side stations are prepared with all requisite supplies.
Cutlery is placed for buffet and table service.
Working areas are cleaned and re-set quickly.
Used ashtrays are regularly replaced / cleaned.
Food, dishes, trays and silverware is carried from kitchens and supply departments to side stations.
Serving water, bread baskets, butter to guests as soon as they are seated.
Remove dirty dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to kitchen stewarding for cleaning and wiping them.
Clean tables and ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed yet allowing customers to finish their meal without feeling rushed.
