Job timing: Rotational 9 hr shifts
11 am to 9 pm
3 pm to 12 pm
5 pm to 2 am
Working days: 6 days working. Rotational off (between Monday to Thursday)
Salary: Rs 13000 plus service charge and cash tips (for fresher)
Rs 16000 plus service charge and cash tips (for experienced candidates)

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Steward to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operations in the kitchen and service areas. The ideal candidate will support the kitchen team by ensuring all utensils, equipment, and workspaces are clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, store rooms, and service areas
Dispose of waste and manage garbage segregation
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic prep work when required
Ensure proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Support smooth day-to-day restaurant/hotel operations
Minimum 10th/12th pass preferred
Prior experience in hotel/restaurant/catering is an advantage
Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
