Position Details

• Role: Senior Captain

• Location: Sector 131, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in a Captain or similar supervisory role.

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass. A Culinary Diploma or Degree is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the service team to ensure smooth, efficient, and friendly operations.

• Oversee daily restaurant activities and maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

• Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally and quickly.

• Ensure accurate order taking, prompt delivery of food and beverages, and proper billing procedures.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
