Job Responsibilities

Welcome and seat customers politely.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Serve food and drinks promptly.

Maintain cleanliness of dining tables and service area.

Recommend menu items and daily specials.

Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.

Handle customer queries politely.

Assist in opening and closing café operations.

Follow hygiene and grooming standards.

Requirements

Minimum 10th/12th pass.

0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply).

Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi; basic English preferred).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Neat appearance and good hygiene.

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
