Food Preparation: Assist in washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients based on chef instructions and recipes.
Sanitation & Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all workstations, cutting boards, cooking appliances, and utensils according to health regulations.
Dishwashing: Wash, dry, and neatly store dining plates, glassware, and kitchen cookware.
Inventory & Stocking: Unload food deliveries, rotate stock, and organize ingredients in pantries, coolers, and freezers.
Waste Management: Empty garbage containers, sweep and mop floors, and dispose of refuse throughout your shift.
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards (such as HACCP or local equivalent guidelines) to prevent cross-contamination.
