Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations

• Supervise and train restaurant staff

• Prepare employee schedules and manage attendance

• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

• Handle customer complaints professionally

• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards

• Control inventory, food costs, and wastage

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams

• Maintain sales records and prepare reports

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Manage cash handling and billing procedures

• Support marketing and promotional activities

• Achieve sales and profitability targets
