Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant outlet

Handle opening and closing of the outlet and ensure smooth daily operations

Manage and supervise restaurant staff including service, kitchen and support team

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally

Monitor daily sales, revenue and outlet performance

Achieve sales targets and improve overall outlet profitability

Manage staff attendance, shift planning and manpower deployment

Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards

Monitor inventory, stock availability, wastage and consumption

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations

Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed at the outlet

Handle cash management, billing and daily operational reports

Coordinate with vendors and support teams whenever required

Train and motivate staff to improve productivity and service quality

Conduct regular outlet checks and ensure the restaurant is maintained as per company standards
