• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Handle cash management, POS systems, and basic financial reporting

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth front- and back-of-house operations

• Implement company policies and improve operational procedures

• Support marketing, promotions, and special events as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of food safety, labor laws, and restaurant operations

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
