Job Purpose:
To supervise daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, lead the service team, and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily F&B service operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team.
Ensure exceptional guest experience and resolve guest concerns.
Monitor food and beverage quality before service.
Maintain hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier for smooth operations.
Monitor staff attendance, shifts, and productivity.
Control inventory and minimize wastage.
Support sales targets and upselling initiatives.
Prepare daily reports and communicate operational updates to the Café Manager.
Reporting To: Assistant Café Manager / Café Manager
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate or Hotel Management preferred.
2-4 years of experience in restaurant or café operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
