KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations during the shift.
Ensure excellent guest service and guest satisfaction at all times.
Assign duties and monitor the performance of stewards and waiters.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily specials and instructions.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service of food and beverages.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and punctuality.
Verify billing accuracy and ensure smooth service operations.
Train and guide service staff on SOPs and service standards.
Promote upselling and increase restaurant revenue.
Prepare shift reports and report operational issues to the Restaurant Manager.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Maintain proper stock and availability of service equipment and supplies.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
