Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Captain to manage restaurant floor operations, ensure excellent guest service, and coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant service operations.

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

• Take and accurately process guest orders.

• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food and beverage service.

• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.

• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

• Guide and support waiters and other service staff.

• Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to restaurant SOPs.

• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager for daily operations.

• Assist in billing and ensure accurate order processing.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations.

• Experience in fine dining or premium restaurants preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-service orientation.

• Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment.

• Knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant etiquette.

• Well-groomed and professional personality.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

• It is a Full Time వెయిటర్ / స్టీవార్డ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
