We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team at Chili's Restaurant to prepare and serve beverages while providing excellent customer service. The role involves preparing cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages, maintaining the bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring hygiene and service standards are followed. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 – ₹20,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks as per standard recipes.

• Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.

• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages.

• Set up and maintain the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and utensils.

• Maintain proper stock of beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.

• Check inventory levels and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.

• Handle billing and payments accurately when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.

• Follow restaurant safety, hygiene, and service standards.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• 2–6+ years of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality environment.

• Good knowledge of cocktail, mocktail, and beverage preparation techniques.

• Familiarity with bar equipment, glassware, garnishing, and beverage presentation.

• Good customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and responsible beverage service.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• It is a Full Time వెయిటర్ / స్టీవార్డ్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
