Cleaning utensils, counters, equipment, and work area regularly
Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
Serving customers politely and professionally
Handling counter work during rush hours
Following food safety rules and shop guidelines
Using required hotel/food outlet items properly (knives, chopper, fryer, gas, water purifier, etc.)
Assisting in opening and closing duties of the shop
