We are looking for a responsible, hardworking and friendly Restaurant & Banquet Staff to join our team at Woodland Cafe & Banquet Hall. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
Provide attentive service to guests during events and regular cafe operations.
Assist with banquet functions, parties and special events.
Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene of the work area.
Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth service.
Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
Follow company policies and food-safety standards.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team.
Punctual, honest and responsible.
Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant or banquet hall will be an advantage.
