Customer Service: Welcome customers, understand their requirements, take orders, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare milkshakes, thick shakes, softy, beverages, and other menu items according to company SOPs.
Order Management: Handle dine-in, takeaway, and online orders accurately and efficiently.
Billing & Cash Handling: Operate the POS system, process customer payments, and maintain accurate cash handling.
Outlet Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, kitchen, equipment, utensils, and customer area.
Stock Management: Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and reporting shortages or wastage to the Outlet Manager.
Food Safety: Follow food safety, personal grooming, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Equipment Handling: Operate machines and equipment safely, including shake machines, freezers, and other outlet equipment.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with team members and the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
Opening & Closing Activities: Assist with outlet opening, closing, cleaning, stock checks, and daily reporting as assigned.
Company Policies: Follow duty schedules, attendance rules, uniform requirements, and all company operational procedures.
