We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and highly organized Café Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café. If you're passionate about hospitality, team management, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the café.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of chefs, kitchen staff, waiters, and support staff.

• Ensure smooth service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Handle daily billing, cash management, UPI/card payments, and closing reports.

• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate procurement of supplies.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across the café.

• Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and oversee shift planning.

• Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

• Ensure timely opening and closing of the café and smooth operational flow.

• Coordinate with management regarding sales, expenses, and operational improvements.

• Monitor daily sales and prepare basic operational reports.

• Train, motivate, and lead the café team to maintain service excellence.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of billing systems, POS software, and payment handling.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and vendor coordination.

• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.

• It is a Full Time వెయిటర్ / స్టీవార్డ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
