Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily cafe operations.
Lead, train, and motivate cafe staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Manage inventory, stock, and supplier coordination.
Handle daily sales, cash management, and basic reporting.
Maintain cleanliness and smooth workflow in the cafe.
Ensure timely opening and closing of the cafe.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage staff and handle customer interactions professionally.
Knowledge of cafe operations and inventory management.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
