PIKALL is a fast-growing logistics and technology company focused on simplifying shipping for businesses across India. We are building our brand through authentic storytelling, founder-led content, and behind-the-scenes business videos.

We are looking for a creative Photographer & Video Editor who can capture our journey and transform daily activities into engaging, high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot daily founder vlogs and behind-the-scenes office activities.

• Capture professional photos of the founder, team, office, events, and operations.

• Record logistics operations, meetings, customer visits, warehouse activities, and company events.

• Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Create cinematic and storytelling-style videos with smooth transitions, captions, music, and motion graphics.

• Produce high-quality thumbnails and social media creatives.

• Manage camera equipment, lighting, audio, and file organization.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan weekly content calendars.

• Deliver edited videos within agreed timelines while maintaining consistent brand quality.

Required Skills

• Strong photography and videography skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects is a plus.

• Good understanding of cinematic framing, lighting, composition, and storytelling.

• Experience creating viral short-form content for social media.

• Ability to work independently, take creative ownership, and manage multiple projects.

Equipment Knowledge

Experience using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, gimbals, wireless microphones, tripods, and professional lighting setups will be an advantage.
