Position: Real Estate Videographer

Location: Baner, Pune

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Real Estate Videographer to produce high-quality video content that showcases residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and editing, with the ability to create engaging content for property listings and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality interior and exterior property videos.

• Operate cameras, drones (where licensed), gimbals, and other filming equipment.

• Plan and execute cinematic walkthroughs and promotional property videos.

• Edit videos using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Perform color correction, sound enhancement, transitions, and motion graphics.

• Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

• Coordinate with real estate agents, marketing teams, and homeowners to schedule shoots.

• Ensure properties are presented in the best possible condition before filming.

• Manage and organize video files and maintain equipment.

• Stay up to date with real estate marketing trends and video production techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and video editing.

• Portfolio showcasing real estate, architectural, lifestyle, or commercial video projects.

• Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio recording.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Experience operating drones is preferred (valid drone certification/license if required by local regulations).

• Creative storytelling skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different property locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate photography.

• Basic knowledge of photography, composition, and lighting.

• Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing.

• Motion graphics or animation skills are an added advantage.
