We’re looking for a creative video editor who doesn’t just cut clips, but tells powerful stories through editing.

We create deep, research-driven content on macrofinance & geopolitics, and we’re looking for editors who:

• Are genuinely passionate about editing (not just doing it for the sake of it)

• Understand pacing, emotion & storytelling at a deep level

• Can enhance narratives using motion graphics & 3D elements

• Want to work on content that actually matters

What You’ll Do:

-Edit high-impact short-form & long-form videos (Reels, YouTube, ads)

-Turn raw footage into engaging, story-driven content

-Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design & visual effects

-Work on 3D elements / animations to enhance storytelling

-Collaborate with our content & strategy team to execute ideas

This isn’t basic editing.

This is about crafting narratives that make people think.
