We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who understands digital content, storytelling, and platform-specific editing styles. You’ll work on YouTube videos, podcasts, reels, shorts, and social media content for our brand and leadership content.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos.
Edit YouTube videos, podcast episodes, reels, and short-form content
Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound design, and visual effects
Create platform-optimized formats (YouTube long-form, Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos)
Work closely with the content, social media, and marketing team to understand video goals
Improve audience retention through pacing, hooks, and storytelling
Design thumbnails (basic level preferred) and suggest title/text overlays
Manage video versions, exports, and publishing-ready formats
Maintain consistent brand style, tone, and visual identity
Stay updated with latest editing trends in digital & creator economy
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
Working knowledge of After Effects (for motion graphics & animations)
Understanding of YouTube editing style, pacing, and retention strategies
Experience with short-form vertical content editing
Basic knowledge of sound editing & color correction
Ability to handle fast turnaround content
Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and audience psychology
Thumbnail design (Photoshop/Canva)
Experience editing podcasts or interview-style videos
Understanding of YouTube analytics & audience retention graphs
Experience working with digital marketing or personal brands
