Job Title: Video Editor – Real Estate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality real estate content, including property walkthroughs, reels, promotional ads, and social media videos. The ideal candidate should understand visual storytelling and create engaging content that drives leads and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit property walkthrough videos, drone footage, and client testimonial videos

• Create short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads) for lead generation

• Add transitions, music, subtitles, and motion graphics to enhance engagement

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns

• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp)

• Maintain brand consistency in all video content

• Manage raw footage and organize video assets

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics

• Understanding of social media trends and content formats

• Ability to deliver fast turnaround times

• Strong attention to detail and creativity

• Experience in real estate or similar industry is a plus

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Knowledge of drone video editing

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop)

• Script understanding or content sense for reels

• Experience with YouTube video optimization

Experience:

• 0–2 years (Freshers with strong portfolio can apply)

Salary Range:

• ₹10,000 – ₹25,000/month (depending on skills & experience)

• It is a Full Time వీడియో ఎడిటర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
