Video Editor & AI Motion Graphics Creator - 20-25

We’re hiring a Video Editor who can create high-retention YouTube videos using editing, motion graphics, and AI-powered media generation tools.

Responsibilities

Edit engaging YouTube videos with strong pacing and flow
Create motion graphics, subtitles, animations, and visual effects
Generate/source visuals, B-roll, and assets using AI tools
Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts/Reels
Maintain high viewer retention through dynamic editing
Collaborate with Content Lead on creative execution

Requirements

Strong video editing and storytelling skills
Experience with motion graphics and animation
Mandatory experience using AI tools for media generation and editing workflows
Understanding of YouTube pacing, retention, and visual packaging
Ability to work fast in a high-volume content environment

Preferred Tools

Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Sora, ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, or similar AI tools
