About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator who can turn our food products into engaging, attractive and sales-focused short-form videos.

The person will be responsible for concept → shooting → editing → final Reel, with a strong focus on Instagram Reels and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality Instagram Reels and short-form product videos

• Create engaging content for products such as Mukhwas, Paan Mukhwas, Aam Papad, Digestive Products, Candies and other FMCG products

• Develop creative video concepts, hooks and storylines

• Shoot product close-ups, pouring shots, unboxing, packaging, texture, crunch/ASMR and lifestyle videos

• Create content that is visually attractive as well as sales-focused

• Edit Reels with music, text, transitions, subtitles and suitable effects

• Follow current Instagram/Reel trends and identify trends suitable for the brand

• Create product photography for Instagram, website and marketplaces when required

• Maintain a regular content pipeline and shooting schedule

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand promotions, new launches and campaigns

• Suggest new ideas to improve engagement, reach and product sales

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation / product videography / Reels

• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form content

• Good understanding of food/product videography

• Excellent mobile-camera shooting skills; DSLR/mirrorless camera experience is a plus

• Good knowledge of lighting, framing, angles and product composition

• Good video editing skills

• Knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Final Cut Pro or similar software

• Creative eye for colours, composition and presentation

• Ability to independently come up with content ideas

• Understanding of social media trends

• FMCG, food, D2C, restaurant, beauty or e-commerce content experience will be an advantage

Most Important

We are looking for someone who doesn't just say:

“I can shoot videos.”

We need someone who can say:

“I have an idea for this product, I know how to shoot it, I can edit it into a Reel and I know how to make people stop scrolling.”

Candidate Should Be Able To

Think → Shoot → Edit → Publish-ready Content

The candidate should be comfortable working independently and creating multiple pieces of content from a single product.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Candidates with exceptional content creation and editing skills can be considered for a higher package.
