We are looking for a FITNESS MANAGER to join our team at Witness The Fitness Private Limited. The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of 25000 - 30000 and a chance to support professional growth in others.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement strategies to improve member retention and engagement.
Monitor PT session utilization and ensure optimal trainer schedules.
Manage and monitor trainer productivity and performance.
Achieve monthly centre revenue targets.
Support trainers in selling PT packages and fitness programs.
Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12+, Diploma, Graduate, post graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
