Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager cum Trainer to lead product education, technical training, and franchise support across our salon network. The ideal candidate will ensure all salons consistently deliver premium services while maintaining the highest standards of product knowledge, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
Develop in-depth knowledge of all salon products, treatments, and service protocols.
Coordinate with product partners and vendors for product launches and technical updates.
Evaluate and recommend new products based on market trends and customer requirements.
Ensure standardized product usage across all franchise salons.
Monitor inventory practices and optimize product consumption.
Training & Development
Design and conduct induction training for newly onboarded franchise teams.
Deliver technical training on hair, skin, makeup, nail, and beauty services.
Train salon professionals on product application techniques and service protocols.
Conduct refresher and advanced skill development programs.
Develop training manuals, SOPs, videos, presentations, and learning materials.
Evaluate trainee performance and recommend improvement plans.
Franchise Support
Visit franchise locations regularly to assess training effectiveness and service quality.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Support franchise partners during salon launches and promotional events.
Ensure consistent customer experience across all salon locations.
Quality & Compliance
Conduct service quality audits and hygiene inspections.
Ensure adherence to brand standards and SOPs.
Monitor customer feedback and work with franchise teams to improve service quality.
Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology, Beauty, Business Management, or a related field.
Professional certifications from reputed beauty academies will be an added advantage.
Experience
3–8 years of experience in salon operations, technical training, or product management.
Experience working with a salon franchise brand is highly preferred.
Strong technical expertise in hair, skin, beauty, and professional salon products.
