We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our Domestic Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer calls, providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.

Freshers can apply.

Good communication skills in Tamil or Telugu or Malayalam or Hindi

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Tamil Voice - 13k take home+ monthly incentive

Telugu Voice - 15k take home+ monthly incentive

Hindi Voice - 14k to 15k take home+ monthly incentive

Malayalam Voice - 18k take home+monthly incentive
