Urgent Requirement For Telesales (outbound calls sales) in our leading Bpo company.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Fresher candidate (0-1 Yrs) & Experience: 2-4 Yrs

Position: Relationship Manager – Telesales( Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply)

Compensation & Benefits: • Fixed Salary: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA • Performance-based monthly incentives up to ₹40,000 • Quarterly FAB Bonus starting from ₹1,000

Roles & Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell health and life insurance products and mutual funds. • Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly to customers • Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships for improved conversions • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities • Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Shift Timing: 09.30 am – 06.30 pm (Monday –Saturday)/ Sunday week-Off
