Make outbound and inbound calls to customers.
Explain company services and assist customers with basic information.
Handle customer queries and provide proper support.
Maintain call records and update data in the system.
Follow up with customers when required.
Maintain professional communication with clients.
Required Skills:
Basic communication skills (Hindi / English).
Good speaking and listening ability.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customers politely.
