Key Responsibilities • Handle outbound holiday sales enquiries for Domestic and International travel packages. • Understand customer travel requirements, budget, and preferences to recommend the right package. • Curate and customize holiday itineraries/packages as per customer needs. • Prepare and share quotations, package details, inclusions, and payment plans with customers. • Follow up on leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to drive conversions. • Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly revenue / sales targets. • Build strong destination knowledge across popular domestic and international locations. • Coordinate with operations / suppliers for package feasibility, pricing, and booking confirmations. • Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM / internal systems. • Upsell relevant add-ons such as flights, sightseeing, transfers, travel insurance, etc. • Ensure timely closure of bookings, payments, and customer documentation. • Provide post-sales coordination support wherever required to ensure smooth customer experience. • Stay updated on seasonal offers, destination trends, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
