Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound travel enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable travel packages
Provide accurate information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and travel requirements
Follow up with leads regularly to close sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Handle customer queries, concerns, and post-sales support
Required Skills

Knowledge of travel destinations and packages
Ability to handle multiple clients and enquiries simultaneously
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, email handling)
