About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented and energetic Admission Counsellor with prior experience in the EdTech industry. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.

The ideal candidate must be confident in both Hindi and English communication and possess strong sales and telecalling skills.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Counsel students and parents regarding AIAPGET crash courses

• Explain course features, fees, batches, and benefits clearly

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (Telecalling)

• Follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp

• Convert inquiries into admissions

• Achieve daily and monthly admission targets

• Maintain proper follow-up records and student data

• Provide a positive and professional counselling experience
  

 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Admission Counsellor

• Proven experience in sales/admissions conversion

• Graduate (preferred)

• Fluent in Hindi and English

• Good convincing and sales skills

• Student-focused counselling approach

• Adaptable, coachable, and target-oriented mindset

• Sincere and disciplined work ethic

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

• Performance-Based Incentives (Attractive earning potential)
