JOB PROFILE: Team Leader
FUNCTION: Outbound Sales

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and lead a team of telecallers for Personal Loan and Overdraft products. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring target achievement, maintaining team productivity, and improving customer engagement through effective team management.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise a team of telecallers handling Personal Loan & Overdraft.
• Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Track team performance through KPIs (calls, conversions, productivity, TAT).
• Provide coaching, motivation, and regular feedback to improve team performance.
• Conduct daily huddles and performance reviews.
• Monitor call quality and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Support team members in objection handling and customer queries.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / loan sales with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
• Experience in Personal Loan / Overdraft / BFSI products preferred.
